By purchasing our services, The Client agrees to all terms & conditions set out on this page.
What do we (Logo Champ) offer?
When you purchase our logo design package, you'll fill out our form to the best of your ability. We'll then use that information to create for you THREE unique draft logo options. Once you choose the one you like best, we'll send you your logo in Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, PNG and JPG file formats so you can use them in any way you need.
What are the limits of the package?
You won't receive anything outside of what is outlined in the above statement. You are not entitled to any revisions or changes unless purchased separately. You are not entitled to use the unclaimed draft options.
Can I make changes?
Simple changes including mixing and matching elements between the drafts, altering fonts, colours or layouts are free of charge for one round of revisions. Outside of this, each revision stage is a $50 and any new designs are $100.
Who owns the copyright?
You will own the copyright of your final logo. You'll grant us permission to reproduce it for marketing purposes indefinitely but outside of that it's 100% yours. The draft options remain the intellectual property and copyright of Logo Champ.
Who owns the liability?
You release Logo Champ from any and all liability and indemnity in use of this website and our services. You take responsibility for all issues arising from the use of the logo provided. Logo Champ is in no way affiliated with your company or any way it uses the logo.
Can I get a refund?
Sorry mate, unless you get us just in time before we start, we can't offer any refunds for services purchased. It's like getting your lawn mowed and then asking for a refund: we can't un-mow it.
Can I be a be a tosser?
We won't render services for anything offensive, illegal, Clive Palmer, or anything that just doesn't sit right with us. We'll happily refund you in this case.
